Where to begin with this fantastic couple? I started chatting with Christina from a facebook group in December of 2016. Based upon messages alone, Christina seemed so sweet and loving. It wasn’t until January 2017 that I met with the couple to discuss their wedding plans and I was right – they were the most caring, sweetest couple. I was so excited when I was asked to be a part of their day! As we met for meetings, I got to know them a little better getting a glimpse into their personalities and styles. I distinctly recall a phone conversation the day before their wedding; I was on the phone with Christina discussing the weather (it was forecasting to rain) and telling her no matter what happened to just remember she was marrying her best friend!
Before we knew it, their wedding day was here! Walking into her Monte Carlo Inn hotel room, I could hear the buzzing of laughter and chatter of her fabulous bridesmaids. They were all so excited for their best friend and cousin to be getting married!! Her mother and mother in law were with her as well creating for many sweet moments between them all as the reality of the day was setting in. Christina was a vision of beauty, truly fancified by Fancy Face Inc for her hair and makeup. She was breathtaking!
Their ceremony took place at the outside gazebo at The Royal Ambassador Event Centre. Beautiful large arrangements from International Florist on wine barrels from Prescott Event Rentals really enhanced the ceremony space. Babies breath was a simple touch added to the chairs. Music of the Gods was played by Auspicious Melody as their guests waited for the bridal party to arrive. Although, the weather didn’t cooperate for their ceremony at all, the later afternoon brought sunshine and warmth. I truly wanted to make Christina and Bobby’s day get better by doing whatever I had to so the evening could be everything they dreamed and more!
The reception took place at Paradise Banquet Hall in Vaughan. The bridal party took photos outside in the gardens as guests were treated to a scrumptious antipasto bar. Followed by a 3-course meal and late night station where the bride made a cigar bar for the gents! The evening truly represented the couple, elegant and classy. The couple loves a great bottle of wine so they incorporated that into their evening with wine as their favours, seating cards on wine corks they collected and homemade table number stand from wine corks. Centerpieces brightened the guest tables by International Florist. The head table and receiving table had decor from Babylon Decor. All the gorgeous photos were taken by Mendes Photography. L.I.P.S. Videography captured the beautiful day for the totally in love couple! The evening followed with music from MC/DJed Maxmium DJ, an amazing performance from the bride’s cousin who is a FANTASTIC singer/guitar player and a fun photo booth by TDOT Photobooth. Classy Affairs provided Month of Coordination service for the couple.
Christina and Bobby’s wedding day has a special place in my heart because that day I learnt a lot; love conquers all, as long as you have the one you love by your side, you can get through anything! Christina and Bobby have an everlasting love! Thank you so much for allowing to be there for your day and I am so excited I get to see you at TWO weddings in 2018! With so much love always! xoxo
