Old World Vintage Travel Engagement Party
February 14, 2018

The clouds parted and the sun came out for Nadia and Josh’s wedding day. The morning was raining cats and dogs but as the afternoon arrived, the sun peaked through the clouds and the rain stopped just in time for photos.  I like to believe it is due to Nadia and Josh’s amazing fun loving and positive attitudes. They are full of laughter, spunk and good vibes so every time I was in their presence I couldn’t help but smile bigger.

Nadia and Josh didn’t have a wedding party because they have so many friends that they love dearly! I spent the early afternoon at Nadia’s mother’s house while they were getting ready by Kate Marie Bridal so I got to know her good friends and their connections with such a wonderful woman. They were all so sweet and you could feel how excited they were for their friend to have found the man that compliments her so well!

Nadia and Josh got married at the beautiful Archeo in the Distillery District. Their outdoor ceremony was in the courtyard where a loving family friend performed their touching ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends. Immediately following, guests enjoyed cocktails and a delicious 3 course meal. Nadia and Josh’s wedding vision was simple but elegant. Babies breath in mason jars added a little touch to the tables along with homemade favours from the groom’s mother. The beautiful semi naked cake was made by their dear friend.

Their MC and friend, Kelley was so good and led an evening full of laughs until Jeff from Impact DJ got the guests dancing to the best of the 60s.  Beautiful photos were taken by Aron Goss Photography. And of course Month of Coordination by Classy Affairs.  I have been so lucky to see the couple since their special day at the bride’s cousin’s wedding and later this year at a friend’s wedding. I always wish them a lifetime of adventure, laughter and love! xoxo
